Oil Filtration

We can offer pre-filtration to achieve the ISO cleanliness level required prior to onsite fills and our portable filtration rigs are designed to reach even the most inaccessible machinery on your factory floor.

The equipment pumps approximately 40L of oil per minute through a 3µm filter as standard. Our portable particle can take direct readings while filtration is in progress and
the results can be scanned by QR code there and then, giving you an instant report.

Our technicians monitor cleanliness throughout the process, ensuring OEM specifications are met, and often exceeded. Every filtration job is verified by post service laboratory analysis, giving you complete confidence in the result.
